This project remodels a 14,000 sf lease space into an Internet R&D technology center including two private offices, four small conference rooms, a technology lab with computer servers and ten workstations, a brainstorm center, a multi-media training and teleconferencing room, as well as 50 flexible office spaces, staff kitchen and ADA upgraded restrooms.
